Articles about healthcare, nutrition and wellbeing are general information, not a diagnosis or a prescription. Speak to a qualified clinician about your own situation before acting on anything you read here.
Donations
Donations fund the foundation's programmes and are allocated where the need is most urgent, unless you have asked in writing for a restricted gift. Donations are generally non-refundable; if a payment was made in error, write to us within seven days and we will look at it.

We link to publications and partner organisations we think are worth reading. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the foundation's work changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
