What we collect
When you use the contact form, the newsletter sign-up, or make a donation, we collect the details you type: your name, email address, subject, message and donation amount. We do not collect anything else about you from this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send the Insights newsletter if you asked for it, and to issue a receipt for a donation. That is the whole list.
Who sees it
Only the Bhava Seva Foundation team, and the service providers that deliver our email and process payments. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while it is useful for the enquiry and for our records. Donation records are kept as long as Indian accounting and tax rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue. You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address below, and we will act on it.
